All you need are the basics, air, food, water and shelter. It’s only once you get free of technology when you realise that all you need are the bare necessities of life that you could fit into your backpack.

Due to stress and strenuous work routines, it’s easy for us to forget to take some time for ourselves and get some peace of mind. Hiking affords you the opportunity for some much-needed therapy, as you surround yourself with nature forgetting all your problems and just concentrating on the basic essence of life.
